What a start to the year at The Ballroom Company. It has been so good to see so many familiar faces back in the New Year joining many new ones of course.

It's been a very busy few weeks with Absolute Beginner's, Beginner's and Improver's Ballroom and Latin American Classes starting, Argentine Tango and Salsa as well as the much loved ZUMBA®.

Diane Leek our resident fitness expert continues to pull in the crowds at The Ballroom Company and has been warming up some cold winter mornings. We would like to extend a big thank you for all supporting our ZUMBA® FITNESS PROGRAMME come rain or shine. In an effort to give you something in return we have introduced a ZUMBA® Loyalty Card meaning you can get five for four or ten for eight on classes it you take a look in our online store.

Jayne Moors has started our Absolute Beginner's Ballroom & Latin American Class. Everybody has learnt their first steps and are starting to find their way around the floor. Evidence that we can get you moving in just a couple of classes.

Of course Danny Bell continues to take the Beginner's and Improver's Ballroom and Latin American Classes in which huge advances are being made in the choreography and large leap forwards. Support notes have also been introduced to help pupils remember their more difficult routines.

Miriam teaches our Argentine Tango and Salsa Classes. These two contrasting really work on the foot pressure in the Tango and the relaxed hip movement of the Salsa. Two extremes offering a good body workout for the body and mind.

All in all a great start to the year. We look forward to see what February holds!
